The company
A large multinational company focus on the luxury segment.The role

The professional will be responsible for the product distribution in São Paulo. Focused 70% skills for sales e 30% for marketing activities. Will take care of the retail stores approved by the brand following the guide line:

CLIENT PORTFOLIO COVERAGE: Visit assigned cluster of stores ensuring a capillary coverage of the territory; Guarantee an effective visit planning in order to achieve KPI in terms of frequency of visits per store cluster; Define work plan based on sales cycle priorities and activities.
BRANDS' TURNOVER & DISTRIBUTION: Support the launch of each collection release ensuring the achievement of sales objectives; Ensure the adequate level of assortment and stock in the points of sales of the assigned territory; Optimize and monitor product distribution in compliance with selective distribution guidelines; Guarantee and monitor the brand penetration in the assigned target stores; Open up new qualitative Optical retail doors through the official approval process.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & FACING CHECK: Complete facing check and verify product display;
Verify assortment depth & width; Analyze best and worst sellers (i.e. the best selling price points, colors or styles); Fully optimize best sellers selections; Support in Inventory activities & Return management.
VISUAL MERCHANDISING & POS MATERIAL: Protect and capture prime space in stores and, in general, all space opportunities; Ensure compliance with Brands' Merchandising guidelines & standards in the stores; Produce layout plans for stores; Allocate POS and promotional material (in-store and window) and verify its quality and correct positioning &functioning over time; Maintain Image of Brands at Retail complying with guidelines to protect Brand Equity; Take action to set promotions in agreement with Sales Cycle priorities.
TRAINING: Carry out Training activities for Trade Education; Disseminate knowledge at different store levels (3o's/ Retail/ Solstice) regarding product, collections, marketing activities & special launches.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP: Build constructive relationships with Store Manager and Associates;
Act as brands' point of reference for client's feedbacks and needs.
REPORTING:.Provide timing and accurate reporting of visits; Gather information relating to the customer reaction to products; Analyze and report structured information on competitors' activities.

Profile

Bachelor degree;
Solid experience on Sales and/or Trade Marketing;
Persistent, high energy, enthusiastic personality, creative, and consistently think outside of the box;
Outstanding communications skills; verbal and written;
Focused on goals;
Proactive in anticipating, proposing, developing, and planning account needs.
Advanced English is mandatory;
Availability to travel.
